Seok informs the others at school that Yoon Jiwon has taken charge of his inauguration ceremony, so he has canceled third-party contractors. He requests that she report to him every day. He proceeds to check the gymnasium where the event will take place.
He decides to check it out after noticing a leaky roof. While he is climbing the ladder, he loses his balance when a student’s ball hits the ladder. He falls on top of Yoon Jiwon in the style of a romantic comedy.
The school’s chairman will be taken over by Seok’s father after the inauguration ceremony. He wanted to let Soek Jiwon be the chairman until the inauguration so that they could boost their family image and humiliate the Yoons.
It’s revealed that Gong Mun-su and Yoon Jiwon, both trainee gym instructors, first met each other when they were kids. Mental trauma led to their admission to psychiatric care.
After college, Yoon Jiwon’s sorrowful past is relayed, wherein after she got her dream job, she realized one of her colleagues was getting sexually harassed.
The company charged her with defamation and destroyed her reputation after she chose to back her colleague against the company’s management. She also lost both of her parents in a car accident, and on the day of their funeral, she discovered that her father had embezzled money from his own business and her grandfather’s foundation, making her the target of gossip in another town. She also worked for Seok Jiwon.
A physical accident that ended the teenage Gong Mun-su’s promising swimming career landed him in the psychiatric unit. They were both about to commit suicide when they met on the hospital rooftop. They postpone their plan, though, and wind up sitting on the roof’s edge and conversing.
As they plot to leap again, Gong Mun-su chugs an entire can of beer and becomes unconscious. They both become unbalanced as a result. However, someone yanks them back with force.
But none of them can recall who it was. The fourth episode of Love Your Enemy’s epilogue reveals that Seok Jiwon was the one who drew them back.
